Highway 3 and FM 1764

The driver of the Chevy pick-up slammed into the back of the white dually. Both vehicles were headed Westbound on Highway 3. The wreck happened right next to Mainland Hospital. The driver of the chevy pick-up was transported to UTMB with numerous injuries. No one was injured in the white dually. The driver of the chevy was not wearing a seatbelt and sustained chest injuries due to hitting the steering wheel. (see pic below)
