Loop 197 & 21st Street

The driver of the Mustang was transported with minor injuries. The driver of the blue sedan was taken into custody.
He was also driving on a suspended license due to a previous DUI in 2008.

The driver of the Mustang was crossing Loop 197 headed Northbound when the Southbound vehicle headed Eastbound ran the red light
And T-boned him. Both vehicles slid across the intersection with the Mustang spinning around and then coming to a rest by the curb.

I used the Cutters to cut the door hinges to remove it for extrication.
