Fatality on HWY146 Northbound in front of Power Plant.

The driver of the blue vehicle was killed instantly when he was rear ended by the white Ford pick up truck. It appears the blue car was parked on the side of the road at the time of the accident. Witnesses stated that the driver of the pick up exited his vehicle and fled on foot across the field. A search by fire personel did not locate him.
