Highway 3

Both vehicles were traveling South when the Suburban slowed to make a left hand turn.
The Silver vehicle then went into the uncoming lane and hit the Suburban right behind the tire and tore it off.
The Suburban slide to the right shoulder and stopped and the silver vehicle slid acroos the road into the ditch on the left hand side.
The speed limit on this stretch of road is 65MPH.
