One Vehicle Wreck

Driver lost control, slid off the road, hit the power pole on the front passenger side. The vehicle then went under the guide wires which stopped the car.
Driver had left the scene upon our arrival but was found at a family members house. He was then transported to Mainland ER with a superficial cut to the back of his head.
